Easy Caramel Sauce Recipe

Melt Caramel Cow Tales® caramel sticks into a delicious caramel sauce and add it to your favorite desserts. It's super easy!

Ingredients

• 12 original size Caramel Cow Tales®, 
  (or 24 Cow Tales® Minis, about one 10oz Cow Tales® Minis Bag)
  
• ¼ cup evaporated milk
• 1 tbs butter
• 1 tsp vanilla


• Optional: 1 tbs light corn syrup

Instructions

• Combine Goetze's Caramel Cow Tales®, evaporated milk, and butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat
  
• Stir frequently to prevent burning
• Remove from heat when smooth
• Stir in one teaspoon of vanilla extract
• Serve warm
  
  

Optional: To thin the sauce, stir in 1 tablespoon of light corn syrup after you remove the sauce from heat.
