Chocolate Dipped Candy Strawberries

Fun and easy to make! Melt Strawberry Cow Tales® to make candy strawberries and dip them in chocolate!

Ingredients

• 7 Strawberry Cow Tales®, unwrapped
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Special Supplies

• Silicone Strawberry Candy Mold

Instructions

• In a skillet, melt butter and Strawberry Cow Tales® over medium-low heat. Move and mix until the Cow Tales® are completely melted. 
• Divide the strawberry candy evenly among the strawberry molds, pressing the candy firmly to fill each mold.
• Let the candy cool over night or refrigerate it for one hour.
• Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
• When the candy has hardened, remove it from the mold, and place it on the parchment paper.
• Microwave 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a glass bowl for 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Repeat the process in 30-second intervals until the chocolate melts. It can burn quickly, so do not microwave it for longer than 30 seconds at a time.
• Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate.
• Give the candies about an hour for the chocolate to cool and harden.
